Insulation Query

Hi, Can anyone advise on my insulation query?? I'm debating whether to pump cavities (100mm) and not dry line OR dry line and not pump the cavities. Do you have to pump the cavities? If the walls are drylined is any heat loss not stopped by the panels before hitting the inside block??

If its refurbishing the walls of an existing house then consider pumping cavities with Rockwool fibre insulation. It will be cheaper than drylining - cost of retro fitting skirtingboards, skim plaster etc.
If its new build then to comply with the current Building Regs, you may need to pump and dryline.
