Can anyone identify the piece of music - a kind of lugubrious waltz - that Prime Time used throughout the first segment of 'The Money Pit' documentary back on Monday? I know I've heard it before (Tchaikovsky maybe?) but I can't place it and it's really bugging me. They played it each time the car with the €€€ numberplate drove to a new destination.
