We got sky about a month ago. The sky box is quite noisy and I can hear it above the sound of the tv. I presume that this is not normal? This is the box with sky plus. We have another box (not sky plus) upstairs but it does not seem to make as much noise as the one in the sitting room.
It is noisy whether the green or the red light is on.
Any advice?
