Hi all,
i'm looking to get a Heart Rate Monitor watch. i have started training again and i have heard this is the way to go as it gives you a lot of info related to fittness. Any suggestions??

Lidl are selling them for under €25 at the moment.
Personally I find them very uncomfortable for running as the strap has to be around your chest and is very uncomfortable when breathing deep!

hi brokeagain, Ye I saw that HRM being advertised. is the info you get from the HRM any good in relation to your training?? has it helped you as you train?
