Hotel recommendation in Cork

can anyone recommend a hotel in west cork for a weekend break?

Not really into the whole spa thing...would much prefer something like a country house hotel that has a nice pub nearby with good food

anyone stay at Caseys of Baltimore? This place looks the job

Rolf's in Baltimore comes highly recommended - haven't stayed there but restaurant is meant to be top class. It used to be a hostel but has upgraded
