The company i work for give an average of the previous 13 weeks pay for holiday pay, but they include sick leave in their calculations ,as our sick pay is half our basic i dont think the co are correct as under the working time act holiday pay is earned against time worked but im not sure if my understanding is correct would appreciate some advice
