Health insurance from a tax benefit perspective

I operate a business as a sole trader, 4 of my single adult children work full time and part time for me. At the moment I have been paying their health insurance as a parent., would it be more beneficial to pay it as an employer/employee from a tax point of view?

Keep doing it as you are and you enjoy tax relief at source. If your business pays it, you lose that and there are all sorts of benefit in kind tax complications.
