Form 11 for returning emigrant

Hi,

I am carrying out my tax return for 2015.

My situation is

Fully tax compliant employee earnings in Australia until June 15 $74K

Returned to Ireland & set up a plumbing business in August.

My earnings for 15 in Ireland were so small that they don't hit the ceiling to pay tax.

However , my question is - do I need to declare my earnings in Australia on the Form 11.

If I do - this will push me into a tax liability.
