Does anyone know if someone who earned over €200k in PAYE income and for which over 60 days were spent in an allowable country during 2016 is allowed tax relief at the 40% relief or is it restricted due to being a high earner for that year. ie is the relif 40% of €35k or 20% of €35k under IT34?
