Fischer Future Heat storage heater replacements

Got a leaflet in the door from these folks http://www.fischerfutureheat.com/

Anyone have any experiences or observations? I stopped using my storage heaters a few years ago because I was always cold and paying too much, but the substitute I've been using (a portable electric heater) isn't really satisfactory either.

You would be basically swapping one storage heating system for another and they cost a lot of money, personally I would rather spend the money in insuating the property. Thanks, not sure how much more insulating I could do. I'm in an apartment with double glazed windows and I have shutters. I'm still cold!
