Approx 7yrs ago I was trying to purchase a house that was offered to me as a holiday home, when trying to have the deeds released from the solicitor I was told that the seller had signed over Power of Attorney to her daughter and that the daughter had no intention of selling to me. This weekend I was again offered the house to buy, I checked in the Courts Office in Phoenix St and no POA was ever registered
Would I have a case against the daughter for falsifying the situation and for the loss of enjoyment of the property over the last 7 years
