Hi, Our kitchen is a single block flat roof extension, which in winter could be on a different continent to the rest of the house. We were interested in looking at the SEI grants for external insulation but when we queried this with someone in the know they said it would be pointless as only two walls could be insulated. The third wall is too close to the neighbours extension and wouldnt be accessible. Does anyone know if this is true? Don't know the wall measurements off hand but its a small enough kitchen so would anyone have an idea of costs for this either? Sorry for the lack of detailed information!
