Engineer in Cork for valuation report

Hi, Currently looking for an engineer to do a valuation report on a new property we are due to get. Have an engineer to do the snaglist but as he's not currently practising and is not "covered by indemnity insurance", as the bank requires, he cannot fill out our valuation report. Any recommendations??

engineers in the past and have found them fine.
