Had to phone Eagle Star about changing my car insurance this Friday and assumed because it was not a public holiday they would be open. Wrong!! The answering machine message on their main phone number said they are closed until April 2nd!!
I hope that's a mistake and they're not taking an extended Easter break. Tried another number for them and it said closed until next Tuesday so am hoping they open on the 25th.
Either way it's very unprofessional!
