Drug Payment Scheme card how to switch to Family card

I have a DPS card which is expiring shortly. My partner does not.

Anyone familiar with the process for how I get a new DPS card to cover both of us?
Is it something that can be done online or do I have to attend a HSE admin office (the nearest of which is in awkward location for me).#

From the below, it looks like I should send in a new application covering both of us.

I rang the HSE and they told me that I should apply on-line for both myself and husband. It was a simple enough process to do and all I mainly needed was proof of residence which was our electricity bill. Only took a few weeks to arrive. They have an on-line system to check how your application is progressing. They will issue two separate cards. Have you checked with your pharmacist to ensure that you don't already have a family approval on their computer system, perhaps just give them a call to double check.

You have nothing to lose by trying to order both on-line.
