I currently work 4 days per week - had discussion with boss yesterday, he can only offer me 1 day per week going forward.
Do I have to accept this or can i opt for redundancy? there is no possibility of workload increasing again....
I have checked into redundancy - forms / notice etc I am well aware of all that i should look for.
What are opinions on asking for a top-up on redundancy - have worked with the company for over 13 years???
