Deferred Tax,issue getting Tax clearance Cert

I went to get a tax clearance cert but they said I had some tax owing,This is correct but this is tax that I was allowed to defer until 2009.So where do I take it from here,just got letter today so ring ring tomorrow but hoping to get any good advice .

If you have evidence from Revenue that the tax is not due yet then explain that to the Tax Clearance Section. Contact the person on the letter. THats usually the best course of action.
