DB wind ups and ARF

According to today's Sunday Times the Min for Finance is about to allow members of DB schemes which have been wound up to access ARF's on retirement rather than forcing them to buy an Annuity. Better late than never.
The Revenue attitude to these cases has never made sense and arguably was not in compliance with legislation.
