Hi can anyone tell me is there a cut off point on amounts paid back on an IPA. This is an important question as it could change things for people paying a steep IPA/IPO.

I could be grateful if ànyone could share this information if they have knowledge about it.

My understanding is that NO, there is no monetary cut off point unless you reach the amount which you owed.
there is only a cut off time period (3 yrs or whatever the IPA/O lasts).
however, if you have an IPA of 50 Euro per month, and the duration of the IPA is 3 years, you could go to the OA and say:
I have a family member willing to give me the 50/month x 3 years in a bulk payment. will you take that and discharge me?
I seem to remember that being an option if the OA and the creditors approve, BUT I stand to be corrected by a professional.
