Hi I have a private limited compay that is not actively trading and I am planning on dissolving soon.
The ARD is due soon and I was going to file the Finanical Statements, as a "micro" company, as it meets the criteria.
Do I need to apply and submit paper work for the company to be filed as a micro company ?
Do I need to get a auditors report, for certification, ? even thought the company has been "small" and audit exempt for years ?
Do I need to uploaded signed FS to CRO or is the typed signature acceptable once the certicate of signature is submitted to CRO ?
I am having difficulty understanding some of the wording on the CRO site
