Received post card in letter box from above crowd in relation to Elan Shares I purchased back in 2007/2008.
If somebody has the time to explain to me in lay terms what court case took place around the company.
I have down loaded the proof of claim form. I only purchased around 350 shares worth I think around 5000 euro at the time. Should I go to the bother of filling out proof of claim with such a small number of shares. Thanks in advance.
