Is there a rough guide to estimating the cost of demolition and site clearance of a dormer bungalow, circa 280 square meters? About 200 sqr/mtr of that is ground floor with remaining 80sqr/mtr at first floor level. Site should have easy access if that's of any relevance. Haven't gone looking for quotes yet, just wondering if there's a ballpark set cost / price per square meter guide that applies to demolition and site clearance? Thanks in advance
