Hi
My elderly aunt (81 ) with no family has asked me to take control of any important decisions she has to make. She doesnt have the health to be worried about land she owns and rents to farmers , also other small trivial matters like lodging/withdrawing monies into her back account, dealing with solicitors etc and any other day to day stuff which may arise
She often gets calls about things in life which she said she doesnt want to deal with now/or have the expertise to deal with
Is there any official document i can get drawn up in a solicitors to say i am the person acting on her behalf with all problems that may arise
One relative of hers appears to be trying to take over in some areas but she does not want this .She has expressed her view to the other relative that she wants me to deal with everything but he doesnt appear to listen
