I have a potential offer of a direct contract from a company in UK, working from home and going to the UK for 1 day a month.
How would this work? To take a direct contract do I need to form a limited company or be a sole trader etc? Would I have to register and pay tax in Ireland or the UK?
Does anyone have any experience of this?
