Health Insurance Connect simplicity - 20% excess

I just checked my cover on the connect simplicity plan and there is a 20% excess for one of the 5 orthopaedic procedures. Any suggestions for a similarly priced laya plan without the 20% excess? Thank you

Simply Connect is only slightly more expensive and has the orthopaedic cover you're looking for. You can compare the two on the Laya website.
