Child benefit: Any ideas on how to make the most of it?

Hi,
I have a question on how to make the most of child benefit. We have been saving it into junior saver account of my daughter provided by AIB and have a balance of 10 000 euro but the account doesn t pay much interest. How other parents are managing child benefit payments? We want to save it for my daughter education. Any ideas which saving account should we go for to make the most of it?
