Charges on Irish nationwide savings products?

My reading of the following: [broken link removed] seems to imply that Savings products in irish nationwide have annual maintenance charges etc. attached to them? I was thinking specifically of the one year fixed term / fixed bond account.

I have several saving products with Irish Nationwide and was never charged. I opened a regular saver to-day and asked above question and they confirmed no charges on savings.

Great stuff, thanks for that oldtimer. The charges schedule is a bit confusing though, as it clearly states deposit accounts in teh heading.

Their Share accounts (minimum balance €20,000) are not "deposit" accounts in their terminology. The new Regular Saver account is a "deposit" account, but doesn't attract charges. The small print is confusing!

Ah ok, I guess that explains the share accounts not having charges though the RSA one is a little puzzling! Thanks Mugs Game
