Hi Guys,
After my many failed attempts to buy DCC out of their shared in my apartment, I have decided to go down the route of switching to 100% with DCC.
I got my mortgage through the shared ownership scheme, been living there for 2 years. However, I've decided it might be better to switch to 100% instead of half my monthly mortage going to the rental equity.
Has anyone done this? If so, how? I have just been on the phone to DCC, however, that Eileen person is not very bright (lets be kind) and very frustrating to speak with.
