Changed Job - 3 options PRSA PRB Transfer to new employer scheme

Any advice on whether leave deferred in old scheme or use the other options.
For example can I manage my own funds instead of the usual limited choices
any advice appreciated
 
If you want to have extra control over this pension fund, you'd need to transfer into either a PRB or a PRSA. If you want to self-direct your pension fund or some of it, you can get self-directed PRSAs and PRBs.
