Does anyone know the format of sending a request for a copy of a Credit Agreement from a lender in Ireland? Actually, the lender is UK based and have told me they cannot rewrite a new loan agreement after refunding PPI which was cancelled 18 months ago, but only applied to the loan account this month.
Surely it's a new agreement as the repayments have changed and term of agreement?
I've looked on various govt sites and got this:

IR£2 fee which I presume i simply convert to euro?
