Hi,
I have recently moved house and when we arrived at our new home alot of unwanted rubbish was still in the house and garden belonging to the previous owners.There was a skip outside full of rubbish which has not been taken away yet. They also left jackets, furniture, curtain rails, ornaments in the house. What rights do I have in this sitituation. I want the rubbish removed and I am worried they will come back looking for the items they left in house. My solicitor says they are in breach of contract but how do I get them to clean up there mess. There is no number on the skip so I cant find out which skip company it belongs to.
