Buildings Insurance on Apartment

Hi there guys,
Can you advise if in most cases the buildings insurance on an apartment is included in the management fee that one pays?

I do realise that you will need to take out separate contents insurance for the items in your apartment but just wanted clarification on the above.

Yes it is usually included. Get in touch with the management company and confirm it is in the block policy.
