Any one any experience of the above. I have various sporting injusries in my knee and hip etc.

I have had Chiro, Physio, CAT scan and X rays all pointing to soft tissue damage but nothing has been succesful so far.

As an engineer I appreciate that the spine is a structure and how the above work in theory but want to now of any practical experience.

I know I have a very very slight difference in leg length and one fallen arch so this undoubtedly causes uneven stresses in limbs and especially joints.

Any advice on specialist running swimming physios either who treat knee/hip injuries also.

cheers
