Best value to bank with?

I'm wondering which bank offers the best value from a charges perspective. I've looked at the best buys forum but this primarily relates to interest rates or deposit rates and as I do not have that luxury of the latter I'm looking to see who out there offers the best on charges.

You will find a survey off current account fees and charges on the Financial Regulator's website.
 
Have a look at the bank's websites too. Some of the banks have changed account fees, types etc. since that survery was published.
