Best savings rate for children

The options I've seen:
AIB pay 3% on junior saver, but only on balances up to 1,000
BoI pay 2% on child save, under 7 years, up to 10,000
EBS pays 2.5% up to 5,000 (plus 20 euro bonus after 6 months)
Ptsb pays 1% up to 20,000
Or open book savings deposit with An Post for 0.75%
