I have extensive personal and business loans, am in negative equity on both my home and an investment property, am a single parent who has been working 80+ hours a week for several years now to keep all the balls in the air but am running out of steam and have to consider the worst case scenario of Bankruptcy. I am finding it extremely difficult to obtain any information or personal experiences on the subject, know it is best to do all you can to avoid it, but if it comes to it what are the cold, hard, facts?
