Bank Sale on House- Advice

Hi

I am recently gone sale agreed on a house being sold by bank (AIB UK) through receiver (Grant Thornton).. Has anyone gone through a receivership sale of a house..

Can they leave there experience and how I can make it move any faster as still waiting on contracts over a month

Normal sale can take 3 months on average, expect that this will sale will be quite a bit outside of this. As a buyer there is very little you can do bar have your solicitor keep pressure on the other side.

I know a couple who recently went through the process, took all of of seven months, it took ages and ages and you just have to be very patient. All the delays came from the receivers side.
