Bank of Scotland/Halifax Regular Saver Statements

I've had a regular saver with them for 13 months now but haven't got a statement from them since the opening one. I'd like to think the direct debit they're taking from me each month is going into my account.

Has anyone else got an annual statement from them?

Now that it isn't a Sunday evening and seeing that someone else did get there's I will try to ring them while at work tomorrow...

they are there on a sunday you know... they have a 1890 number.

well then ring sunday 10-4. my point is they are there on a sunday and could have easily been called then.
