Are There "Mixed" Areas in Derry?

I know there are many mixed areas in South Belfast.

But are there any "mixed" areas in Derry City?

If so, which areas...? Thanks!

Interesting map...

The electorial areas shaded in yellow appear to indicate a 50/50 population.

I wonder if they are actually mixed areas, or if people in these yellow shaded areas are still living in segregated areas which are nearly 100% one "side" or the other...?

So, therefore not truely "mixed" areas, as in South Belfast.
