Hi, I received notice of appeal from the circuit court to the high court for a family law matter. However I can't find it on the list of appeals for 2016 from Circuit to High Court. My ex husband is representing himself and the appeal notice came from him but there is no court stamp on it. If it is a genuine appeal would it not have the court stamp on it? Thanks

Probably better going to source and asking the High Court Office if the notice was lodged with them. If it was lodged I would expect it to be on their records.
