Own an apartment and the property above, eight years ago was purchased and the new owner installed pumps for showers and there was a flow of water running through my property. Case went to court and judge ordered that issues be rectified. The then owner went bankrupt and the bank sold the property. New owner arrives and after advising me that none of the past issues would reoccur, Low and behold a new massive pump has been inserted and the running water effect is pretty constant. Had short term tenants in ours but they left and Management company have been advised months ago but refuse to do anything. Any ideas please ?
