Any suggestions for a 3 year regular saver account?

Just want to save up for a car in three years time - hopefully around the time our third child will arrive. Want to aim to have €18-€20k in cash at that stage, so should have a chance of getting a decent second hand when put together with our part exchange.

So looking to put away €500 per month just for this specific purpose, any suggestions of where/what type of account?

We have other savings accounts on the go - but just looking for suggestions for this particular one.

The account matures after one year so you will need to switch then.
