advice on short term investment

Hi there folks,

I was wondering if anyone out there could help me. Myself and my finace are currently starting to save for a deposit on a house. To make this easier on ourselves we are looking to put a certain amount each month, say 2.5K, into a high interest savings account that we would then withdraw at the end of May/June. We would like to start this in January.

Does anyone know of any such accounts or that can advise us on whihc short term option would best suit us. We dont want to lose any of our saved money just want it to earn interest at a a good rate.

We can also possibly inject a 20K lump sum into the account if people would think that this got us a greater return.
