A Country's Prospects does not Equal a Great Investment Potential

A country with great growth potential and excellent economic conditions does not mean that its stocks and stockmarket will outperform.

Quite often the worse the country's position; the better its stockmarket will perform.

At present Japanese stocks represent great growth potential despite the country's macro position being so dire.

Likewise great growth stories, often have stock markets that are priced too high, thus reducing future returns.
