Does anybody know if the department is strict with the 6 month time limit on submitting the RP50 to claim the 60% employer rebate?
It looks like the original form was mislaid and not posted as originally thought, the lump sum was paid in October 2009 and the claim will be submitted this month.
Are the Department likely to pay out to the employer? The only guidance I can find is that the claim must be submitted within 6 months of payment of the lump sum.
