3500 euro to value a commercial premises ( semi D)

At work, we are looking to get our premises valued. It is a large semi D in a mature part of Dublin, with a small extension out the back.
We are looking for valuations before renegotiating the contract regarding ownership of the building.
Does this sound like a reasonable sum? I am waiting for quotes from other agencies.

It seems like a lot. But it may be to do with the rest of your post - what do you mean
"before renegotiating the contract regarding ownership of the building."

Is it possible that this is to do with a rent review and that the fee quoted factors that in?

No, planning on extending the size of the ground floor business, and current arrangement by current owners is not specific as to who owns which bit of the building ( 2 businesses in the same building, one upstairs, one downstairs, all a mess because of poor planning in the past!)
