Hi all,
I was running a B&B for a year. From September 2006 to August 2007.
We were under the VAT threshold in 2006. But I'm a bit confused about 2007.
The VAT threshold changed from 27,000 to 35,000 in March. What does this mean? Does it mean the threshold is 35,000? Or is there some mathamatical formula to follow because it changed in March?
Also after the B&B I went back to work as a PAYE worker, is the money earned here taken into account for the VAT threshold? I would think not because it is not related to the business, but you never know.
