0% Creditcard

I was wondering if anyone could help me. Is there any creditcard that has a 0% on balance transfers? I have a creditcard bill that I was to pay off but want to change to a low % creditcard until it is payed off. Any information on this would be appreciated.

I'm applying for an Ulster Bank card - 0% over 9 months for balance transfers and purchases. There is a post detailing the rates for most banks though.
