£2000 stg to Euro - which bank?

I have a few thousand in sterling sitting at home. I was waiting for the rate to get a bit better before changing, but unfortunately something has come up that I have to change £2000 of it. Do different banks offer different rates?, who is best? thanks,

Hi Steve,

Yes shop around, as all institutions charge different fees. Check out Thomas Cook, BOI & AIB.
I've also heard An Post accept foreign currency. But am not quiet sure that is valid.
