It can be difficult, but please try to use a meaningful title in your thread
For example "27 year old with mortgage arrears".

You will get a much better and much more coherent answer if you give as much information as possible in your first post. For example, if you give your mortgage rate, it will make it unnecessary for others to ask you if you are getting the best rate.

It would also be helpful to edit your first post later by adding extra information which you consider relevant.

Have a look at this post for a good example of how to do it.

J29 has provided a very useful spreadsheet which you might like to use to review your finances.

But - this forum is widely read. If you provide very specific information, your friends might identify you.
